This outfit is a one piece dress.
Both the top and skirt are printed silk.
It is merely touching the knee.
Desirable length is doable. :)
The BELT, please.
I am a Belt person. To me, Belts are what shape girls' beautiful body with the right garment of course.
This piece relied on elastic, again.
The elastic is only applied above the bust.
"What about the waist ?" you might ask.
The dress comes with a fabric belt, Tulle, in navy blue.
This piece of tulle flows perfectly with the color of this garment and it is long enough to tie a cute bow.

The Sunglasses is a steal from Prada.
I was crazy about the look, and also Jolin Tsai was wearing it years ago.
